Tracks

Turn2 Lapping primarily uses two tracks at this time.  Pacific Raceways and the Ridge Motorsports Park.

Pacific Raceways

Pacific Raceways has been around since the early 60's.  It has a 2.25 mile road course that has great corners, elevation, and can be a little intimidating.   This track is normally run counterclockwise.  On Turn2 days, the paddock is open at 7:00am.  Check in goes until 8:30 when there is a manditory drivers meeting.  The track goes hot at 9:00am with a lunch break at 11:30-12:00.  Depending on the day, the track will go cold at either 4:00pm or 5:00pm.  Please feel free to look at their web site at www.pacificraceways.com.

Ridge Motorsports Park

The Ridge Motorsports Park is a brand new track to the Pacific Northwest.  The first layer of asphalt was recently laid with the new racing mix asphalt to be laid in the spring of 2012.  RMP has a 2.45 mile road course that has a great straight, many corners, and a fun little corkscrew on the end.  On Turn2 days, the paddock is open at 6:00am with check in going until 7:30 when there is a manditory drivers meeting.  The track goes hot at 8:00am  with a lunch break at 11:30-12:00.  RMP will allow the track to be hot until 7:30pm  Yes, this is a lot of track time.  Because of the extended hours and the extra cost for this new track, there will be a small upcharge from Pacific Raceways.  Feel free to look at their web site at www.ridgemotorsportspark.com.
